外墙保温岩棉板的安装准备介绍：
Installation preparation of rock wool board for external wall insulation:
1、首先确定外墙保温岩棉板定位线，铺设岩棉板，根据施工图在锚栓安装部位钻孔，敲人带圆盘的尼龙套管，压紧岩棉板。墙面上每平方米至少设置3个锚固件，且每一块岩棉板上至少2个锚固件，锚栓应按图纸排列，然后沿窗户四周，每边至少应设置3个锚固件。
1. Firstly, determine the orientation line of external wall insulation rock wool board, lay rock wool board, drill holes in anchor bolt installation site according to construction drawings, knock nylon casing with disc, press rock wool board. There should be at least three anchors per square metre on the wall, and at least two anchors on each rock wool board. The anchors should be arranged according to the drawings, and then along the windows, at least three anchors should be installed on each side.
2、把预先切割规整的钢丝网片弯成“u”型和“L”型，在铺设岩棉板的同时，以“u”型网片把墙体底部包边，以“L”型网片把门窗侧壁、墙体转角处包边。把螺钉敲人尼龙套管中，固定钢丝网，使用直角边条板弯制加强用的钢丝网。
2. Bend the pre-cut regular steel wire mesh into "u" type and "L" type. While laying the rock wool board, wrap the bottom of the wall with "u" type mesh and wrap the side walls of doors and windows and the corner of the wall with "L" type mesh. The screw is hammered into the nylon casing, the wire mesh is fixed, and the steel wire mesh for reinforcing is formed by bending the right-angled edge plate.
3、外墙保温岩棉板必须对接和相互挤紧，不能有缝隙，镶嵌用的窄条岩棉板，其宽度不得少于150mm，至少应有一个锚固件穿过，使岩棉板紧贴墙面。

4、外墙保温岩棉板铺设完毕后，从下至上铺设钢丝网，钢丝网单孔搭接时用低碳钢丝绑扎或用锚栓固定，绑接时每米不少于4处，对边搭接时用低碳钢丝联结，间隔不大于150mm。锚栓固定时，间隔不大于600mm。

5、整修全部接缝，并用卡钉把钢丝网突起部位压平。

6、待外墙保温岩棉板的保温层安装完毕后，经检验合格，即可进行界面层的施工。
