外墙保温复合装饰板施工要求
Construction requirements of composite decorative board for external wall insulation
一、施工条件
1、 Construction conditions
1、基层墙体应达到《混凝土结构工程施工质量验收规范》( GB 50204-2002)、《砌底工程施工质量验收规范》(GB50203-2002)要求，当基层墙体的平整度不符合要求时，可采用1:3水泥沙浆找平，并在基层施工验收完毕，门窗框及附设管线设备安装就位之后进行。
1. The base wall shall meet the requirements of code for acceptance of construction quality of concrete structures (GB 50204-2002) and code for acceptance of construction quality of foundation works (gb50203-2002). When the flatness of the base wall does not meet the requirements, 1:3 cement mortar can be used for leveling, and it shall be carried out after the completion of base course construction acceptance, the installation of door and window frames and attached pipeline equipment.
2、施工时的环境温度不应低于5℃，风力不大于5级，无防护措施时雨天不应施工。
2. During the construction, the ambient temperature shall not be lower than 5 ℃, the wind force shall not be greater than 5, and the construction shall not be carried out in rainy days without protective measures.
二、施工工艺

见施工流程图。该工艺流程适合于外墙涂料饰面层，饰面层包括板面满刮腻子、打磨和刷涂料，为操作方便、减少现场湿作业，饰面层可在粘贴保温板前进行。
See the construction flow chart. The process flow is suitable for the finishing layer of exterior wall coating, which includes full puttying, polishing and painting. In order to facilitate operation and reduce wet operation on site, the finishing layer can be carried out before the thermal insulation board is pasted.
三、施工要点
3、 Key points of construction
1、本规定适用于保温板粘贴分项工程验收。饰面层的质量验收按《建筑装饰装修工程验收规范》(GB50201-2001) 有关分项工程的验收规定执行。
1. This regulation is applicable to the acceptance of insulation board pasting sub project. The quality acceptance of the facing layer shall be carried out in accordance with the acceptance provisions of relevant sub projects in code for acceptance of Building Decoration Engineering (gb50201-2001).
2、工程验收时应检查下列文件和记录:

(1)保温板工程的施工图、设计说明及其他设计文件
(1) Construction drawing, design description and other design documents of insulation board project
(2)材料产品合格证、性能检测报告、进场验收纪录和复验报告;
(2) Material product certificate, performance test report, mobilization acceptance record and re inspection report;
(3)保温板样板件的粘贴强度检测报告;
(3) Adhesive strength test report of insulation board sample;
(4)隐蔽工程验收报告;
(4) Acceptance report of concealed works;
